Free trials do not require any code or key. Simply install the plugin and click "start free trial" when you open the plugin.

Please note that I handle all support requests personally and it could take 1-2 business days for me to reply to your email.

If you still need support, contact me at support@michaelwynneaudio.com and include your order number, operating system, plugin version (AU/VST3 1.0.2 etc) and DAW in your email.

 

Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my plugin after purchase?

A link to download your software, along with a unique activation key, will be emailed to you immediately after checkout. I use a service called SendOwl to safely send you your downloads. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case your email provider marks it incorrectly.
How do I receive my free updates?

Your original download link will work forever and always downloads the latest version of each plugin. I will also email you when plugins are updated.

What plugin formats do you provide?

Windows 10 or above (64Bit): VST3, AAX

Mac OS 10.14 or above (Intel and M-Series, 64-bit): VST, AU, AAX
How many computers can I activate your plugins on?

You can activate our plugins on up to three computers. Please note that license keys are personal. Multiple activations are only allowed for computers where the license owner is the user. Sharing your licence key will result in the key being automatically terminated. It is for your use only.
I am out of activations/downloads, what do I do?

If you run out of activations or downloads, don’t worry! I can provide additional activations manually for your own personal use. Please write to me at support@michaelwynneaudio.com — I aim to reply within 24 hours. I handle support requests personally, so I will ensure you are looked after!
Are your plugins compatible with Apple Silicon/M-Series processors?

Certainly! Not only are they compatible, but they are optimised for those chipsets.
Do you offer educational discounts?

If you’re a student or teacher in any capacity, not just in music, I offer an educational discount. Please write to me at support@michaelwynneaudio.com and attach proof of educational status (copy of student ID or similar). I’ll send you a personal single-use educational discount code. Your data and ID is for verification and will not be stored.
Can I transfer my license to another person?

Your licence is for your own use and cannot be transferred.
Which payment types do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards along with Shop Pay. We use Shopify Payments, which is the industry-leading payment provider and certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
